Delivery prices

We ship all over the world in one price - just 3 Euros. Our delivery prices include both postage & packaging. European and Worldwide,  Priority and Tracked Shipping use the same average price, adding a surcharge to the standard European and World Airmail delivery charge.

Turnaround times

Our turnaround times (To your door) are made up of production time combined with delivery time. These are based on Monday to Friday working days but are still only estimates, as these can be affected at peak times (always see special offer terms & conditions) or by Lithuanian Post delays. However, if you’ve still not received your order a week after the dispatch date we will re-print and resend at no extra cost. Longer periods apply for international destinations.

If your order has been dispatched and you have not received this.

Please check that the address and postal code that you have supplied us is correct. If it is not correct please email us and explain what has happened.

If your address is correct please telephone your local postal sorting office and ask if they are holding any uncollected 1st class parcels for your name and address. The postal service should leave a calling card to advise you if they have not be able to deliver a ‘bulky’ item, but we are aware from customer feedback this does not always happen. If they are not holding any parcels please email us.

We request all undelivered orders are reported to us within 7 working days of dispatch.
